The top seam influences how a weft handles, fits and supports the hair. Compare its construction, return hair and cutting requirements alongside the finished appearance. Each option needs its own approved specification.

Sewn Weft Constructions
Machine and Hand-Tied Wefts use different sewing methods and seam profiles. Flex combines two offset machine-weft layers, while Volume uses a three-layer construction. Compare the seam and weight distribution when planning fullness.

Fine Seams and PU Bases
Genius, Flat, PU and Invisible Wefts offer different approaches to the top seam or base. Invisible uses an injected construction. Genius can be cut to width without adhesive edge sealing; cutting guidance for other structures must follow their specifications.

Butterfly Weft
Butterfly combines two weft layers with paired attachment holes for professional micro-bead installation. The layers can use matching or different constructions. Select the combination around your target appearance, weight and installation requirements.
