    Classic Tape-In

    Classic tapes use full-width PU tabs for professional sandwich installation. Choose this format when your collection calls for a full-width tab and balanced density.

    Slimline Tape-In

    Slimline tapes have narrower, elongated tabs for a lighter profile than classic full-width formats. They also give professionals more control when sectioning around the head.

    Invisible Tape-In

    We inject hair into the PU surface so that it covers the visible base for a natural-looking finish.

  4. 04

    Holed Tape-In

    Pre-punched holes support professional microbead or ring installation. Unlike adhesive tapes, this format needs no tape adhesive or heat during fitting. We can also customize tab dimensions and hole patterns.

    Mini Tape-In

    Mini tapes use compact individual PU tabs for smaller application areas. In addition, lower weight per piece supports precise placement and balanced hair distribution.

Thin, Soft PU Construction

We develop thin, soft PU bases so each tab feels smooth and flexible. At the same time, we control thickness and edge quality.

Bonding

Controlled Adhesive Layer

We match PU bonding options to the construction before preparing samples. For adhesive tape-in formats, we also confirm the attachment tape specification.

Hair Distribution

Balanced Density

We spread hair evenly across each tab. As a result, the sample establishes a clear reference for fullness and appearance.

Finishing

Clean, Precise Edges

After cutting, we check edge consistency as well as surface finish. We also review how securely the hair connects to the base.

Before packing, we control bonding, surface finish and tab consistency. The steps below help reduce trapped air and guide repeat production against the approved sample.

    Adhesive & Construction Selection

    To begin with, we match the PU bonding system and construction method to the required tape format and performance target.

    Air Removal & Surface Control

    Our team then combs, aligns and presses the hair and bonding layers to reduce bubbles and uneven areas.

  3. 03

    Bonding & Edge Finishing

    During production, technicians check bond quality, thickness and surface finish. They then cut the edges to the agreed dimensions.

  4. 04

    Inspection Before Packing

    Finally, inspectors compare tape appearance, bonding, color and workmanship with the approved sample. They also check dimensions before packing.

When selecting Virgin or Remy hair, consider your target feel, performance and price level. Then use sample testing to confirm the quality for your collection.

Lengths & Fullness

Specify lengths and piece weights as well as single or double drawn fullness and long-hair ratios. For example, a higher long-hair ratio supports fuller ends.

Color Development

Explore our color ring for options such as solid, rooted, highlighted, piano, ombré and balayage shades. For custom shades, send a reference instead.

Private Label

We tailor packaging, labels and product presentation to your brand. Before bulk production, we confirm these details alongside the approved product sample.
