Halo Construction Options

One Halo System. A Choice of Band Constructions.

Halo hair extensions use a transparent wire to support a removable hairpiece beneath the natural hair. The wearer positions the piece, blends their hair over the band and removes it after use.

Application needs no adhesive, rings, heat or sewing into the natural hair. Band construction and optional clips follow the collection brief.

Classic Band Construction

Build the halo around a continuous band with a transparent support wire. Select the band width, backing and hair weight to suit the intended coverage.

Wire length and adjustment determine the fit. Clips can provide additional support when the approved design includes them.

Layered Band Construction

Arrange multiple hair-bearing layers within the halo piece. Define the layer count and spacing alongside the backing, seam profile and total weight.

Evaluate the finished fall and transition on the sample. Layering, wire placement and clip support work together as one removable construction.

A halo needs the right fit as well as the right shade. Review the support wire, band shape and weight together before approving the construction.

Wire Fit and Connections

The transparent wire carries the main support beneath the natural hair. Specify its length, flexibility and connection points, then evaluate the fit with the finished band.
Band Width and Profile

Review the lace backing, seam thickness and flexibility together. The band should follow the intended shape while keeping its edges and layer joins neatly finished.
Weight and Hair Distribution

Choose the total piece weight alongside band width and layer layout. Then assess how the hair falls and blends, including fullness through the ends.
Optional Clip Support

Select a wire-only design or add sewn-on clips for extra support. Match clip quantity, color and placement to the band, and check each attachment on the sample.

From Band Construction to a Finished Halo

An approved sample records the hair, band and attachment choices for production. Each stage turns those choices into a finished piece that the team can compare and inspect.

Hair and Material Preparation

Match hair quality, shade, length and texture to the approved brief. Prepare the lace, thread and other band materials before assembly.
Band Sewing and Layer Assembly

Sew the selected band construction and join any additional layers. Keep the seam alignment, edge finish and hair distribution consistent with the sample.
Wire and Clip Assembly

Attach the support wire at the specified connection points. Fit optional clips where required, then check stitching, adjustment and attachment security.
Finished Piece Review

Compare the completed halo with the approved sample. Check band dimensions, total weight, color, hair retention, wire fit and clip function before packing.

Specify lace backing, band width, seam profile, layer arrangement and hair distribution. Alternative compatible band constructions can follow the confirmed sample requirements.

Wire and Clip Options

Define fixed-length or adjustable wire, its material, thickness and connections. Select clip-free or clip-assisted construction, and confirm any replacement wire supplied with the set.

Length and Fullness

Plan hair length, total piece weight, single-drawn or double-drawn fullness and long-hair ratio together. The finished sample provides the reference for the chosen combination.

Color Development

Develop solid, rooted, highlighted, piano, ombré, balayage or custom shades. Start with the Hair Extension Color Ring, then confirm the color on the finished halo.

Private Label

Coordinate labels, hangers, bags, boxes and care cards with your brand. Include clear fitting instructions and any agreed spare-wire accessories in the packaging plan.
