Sections concerning disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and disputes may affect legal rights and responsibilities. Please review those sections carefully.
1. About Epoche and These Terms
Qingdao Epoche Hair Products Co., Ltd. is a human hair extensions manufacturer based in Qingdao, China. We provide product development, color development, OEM, ODM, private-label, packaging customization, and manufacturing services for professional buyers and commercial partners.
This website is an information and inquiry platform. It is not a consumer e-commerce store, and website content is not an offer to sell products on fixed terms.
3. Permitted Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful professional purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws and regulations applicable to you.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, systems, accounts, or connected networks.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology.
- Interfere with website security, availability, operation, or performance.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, company, intended use, purchasing requirements, or product claims.
- Use website content in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or extract website content or data through automated means without our written permission.
The final restriction does not prohibit standard search-engine indexing performed in accordance with our robots.txt instructions and generally accepted indexing practices.
4. Product Information
We aim to provide useful and current information about products, materials, manufacturing capabilities, customization options, and services. Website content is provided for preliminary professional evaluation and general information only.
Human hair is a natural material. Color, texture, weight, dimensions, density, appearance, and performance may vary within commercially reasonable tolerances. Screen settings, lighting, photography, styling, and production batches may also affect how products and colors appear.
Product specifications, colors, packaging, methods, availability, minimum order quantities, lead times, and customization capabilities may change. Final requirements must be confirmed in writing before production.
5. Inquiries, Samples, Quotations, and Orders
Inquiries and quotations
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a sample, or asking for a quotation does not create a purchase contract or require either party to proceed with a transaction.
Quotations are based on information available when issued and may be subject to validity periods, material availability, exchange rates, minimum order quantities, customization requirements, shipping arrangements, and other stated conditions.
Samples
Sample fees, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and related expenses may apply. A sample is intended to support evaluation and specification confirmation.
Sample and production characteristics may vary within agreed specifications and reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Any requirement that must be identical or controlled within a specific tolerance should be confirmed in writing.
Orders and separate agreements
An order is accepted only after Epoche gives written confirmation or the parties enter into an applicable pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, manufacturing agreement, or other written commercial agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a separately signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls for the subject matter of that agreement.
6. Customization and Customer Materials
You may provide trademarks, logos, artwork, packaging designs, color references, samples, specifications, technical information, claims, labels, or other materials for evaluation or customized production.
You represent that you own those materials or have the permissions required for us to use them to evaluate your inquiry, prepare samples, manufacture products, and provide the requested services.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, labeling, regulatory suitability, and non-infringing nature of customer-supplied materials and instructions. We may refuse requests that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, misleading, unsafe, or technically unsuitable.
7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, graphics, layouts, videos, trademarks, logos, designs, product presentations, and other content are owned by or licensed to Epoche and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the website for internal professional evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred.
You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Confidential information
Business discussions may involve non-public specifications, pricing, samples, manufacturing methods, forecasts, packaging concepts, customer plans, or technical information.
Confidentiality obligations are governed by any non-disclosure agreement or commercial agreement signed by the parties. Where no separate agreement applies, each party should use reasonable care to protect information clearly identified as confidential and use it only for the relevant business discussion.
8. Third-Party Services and Website Availability
Third-party services
The website may link to platforms or services operated by third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement, ownership, or control. Third-party use is governed by that party’s terms and policies.
Website availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website content or functionality. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Access may be restricted for maintenance, security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, system protection, or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification
Website disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Website content is not a binding product warranty, legal advice, regulatory advice, or a guarantee that a product is suitable for a specific market or application.
Any product warranty or binding commercial commitment must be stated in an applicable written commercial agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epoche will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on general website content.
This website limitation does not limit obligations expressly accepted by Epoche in a separate written commercial agreement and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Epoche against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs directly arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or customer materials supplied by you that infringe third-party rights.
10. Privacy and Communications
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy .
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. We may use inquiry information to respond, assess requirements, prepare quotations, arrange samples, and communicate about a potential or existing professional relationship.
You may request that non-essential marketing communications stop at any time. Necessary transactional, project, service, security, or legal communications may continue.
Important Terms
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory law requires otherwise.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the courts with competent jurisdiction in Qingdao, Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China, unless a separate written agreement specifies another applicable dispute-resolution procedure.
This section is subject to any mandatory jurisdiction, exclusive jurisdiction, or procedural rule that applies to the particular dispute.
12. Changes and General Provisions
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business practices, services, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes apply from the stated effective date. Continued website use after that date indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
General provisions
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Headings are for readability and do not affect interpretation.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written commercial agreement together govern the relevant subject matter. A separately signed commercial agreement prevails over these Terms where the two conflict on the same subject.
