Part I · The Foundation

The Foundation of Consistent Human Hair Extensions

Before construction, we select the hair, prepare it and develop the agreed shade. These early decisions affect softness, color and the finished result. For this reason, we confirm the material and color reference before bulk production.

Our team inspects Virgin and Remy hair before it enters production. We assess texture, strength, length and condition, as well as suitability for the target shade.

Hair Preparation

Color Development

Crafting Every Extension

Each extension format needs a specific construction method, so we match the process to the approved design. Our team also checks the finishing details that distinguish tapes, wefts, keratin tips and clip-ins.

Tape-In Hair Extensions

During tape-in production, technicians comb and press the bonding layers to reduce trapped air. They then apply the tape, complete the specified punching and check the finished dimensions.

Weft Hair Extensions

We distribute hair evenly before forming the specified weft structure. For sewn formats, technicians control the seam and stitching. Our team also checks band thickness and the finished construction against the sample.

Keratin Tip Hair Extensions

We form keratin tips according to the approved bond shape and strand weight. Technicians then check dimensions, flexibility and finishing so the tips suit the specified application method.

Before assembly, we confirm hair distribution, piece widths and clip positions. Our team then sews the clips in place and checks the stitching, attachment and finish.

Part III · Quality & Consistency

We check hair quality, color and construction throughout production, as well as before packing. Inspectors compare the work with the approved sample so they can identify differences during the process.

Inspection at Every Critical Stage

At each stage, inspectors compare dimensions, construction and workmanship with the confirmed requirements. They also review the finished product before it moves to packing.

Sample-to-Bulk Consistency

The Approved Sample Becomes the Production Standard

Following sample approval, we record the hair quality, color, construction and dimensions. Bulk production then follows this reference, including the agreed workmanship and finish.

Approved Specifications: Confirmed product details are recorded before bulk manufacturing begins.
In-Process Comparison: Production is reviewed against the approved sample and confirmed standards at key stages.
Final Batch Review: Completed products are checked for overall consistency before packaging and shipment.

After final approval, we count and organize each order according to the confirmed specification. Our team then packs the products and prepares them for shipment. We can also coordinate private label packaging and presentation to suit your brand.
