Product Advantages
Product Construction Detail 06
A transparent wire supports the complete hair weft around the head and is concealed beneath the upper layer of natural hair.
The lace weft construction, width, thickness, layer configuration, hair distribution, and total weight can be developed according to the required product specification.
Halo extensions can be produced with or without sewn-on clips, allowing brands to choose between wire-only wear and additional clip-assisted stability.
The wearer can position the transparent wire and release the natural hair over the weft without salon installation or professional extension tools.
The complete extension can be applied for daytime length and volume, then removed after wear without adhesive, heat, rings, or sewing.
Hair quality, lace weft construction, wire specifications, clip options, lengths, colors, weights, labels, and packaging can be customized.
Product Specifications
Available in 2-inch increments. Final availability depends on hair quality, color, product weight, weft construction, and confirmed specifications.
Weight can be customized according to hair length, lace weft width, layer construction, hair distribution, fullness ratio, and target product specifications.
See Color Development & Matching below for the representative palette and custom matching options.
Single drawn and double drawn options are available. Final product fullness also depends on hair length, weft width, layer construction, product weight, and target appearance.
Designed for self-application. A transparent wire secures the weft around the head beneath the natural hair. Optional clips may add support. Wearers can remove it at the end of the day.
Color Options
Representative shades include #4, #60, #613, P18/60, and P2/6. Solid, piano, highlight, ombré, balayage, and custom color matching are available. Final colors are confirmed through sample approval. See the Epoche Hair Extension Color Ring for the complete shade system.
Product Overview
Halo Hair Extensions add temporary length and volume with one continuous hair weft and a transparent support wire. The wearer places the wire over the crown, then blends natural hair over the attachment. This removable format suits self-application without adhesive, heat, rings, or salon fitting.
The wire provides the main support, while the lace band carries the hair across the back of the head. Natural hair covers the wire and upper edge after blending. As a result, wire fit and band placement work together to keep the attachment discreet.
The versions shown here also use sewn-on snap clips for extra stability. Brands can choose a wire-only version or retain the clips according to their product brief. In either case, the wire should fit comfortably without relying on excessive tension.
Band width, thickness, and layer construction influence coverage and how the piece sits beneath natural hair. For example, a wider band spreads the hair across a larger area. Additional layers can increase fullness, but buyers should assess the finished weight and feel together.
Likewise, wire length, flexibility, and connection position affect the fit. Fixed and adjustable wire configurations are available for development. Choose the adjustment structure alongside the band dimensions, then test the complete piece during sample review.
For a natural blend, match the shade through the mid-lengths and ends as well as the roots. Also compare the extension texture with the wearer’s usual style. Rooted and highlighted shades need the right color placement, rather than a match to one shade alone.
First, brush the natural hair and the extension separately to remove tangles. Section the upper hair away from the crown and leave enough hair to cover the finished band. Next, position the wire over the crown with the weft resting across the back of the head.
Check the fit before closing any clips. The wire should support the piece comfortably, and the band should sit evenly. If the wire feels tight or the piece shifts, adjust the fit before continuing.
For a version with clips, secure them to suitable sections of natural hair. Then release the upper hair and draw it over the wire and band. Gently brush the lengths together, checking the sides and back for exposed edges.
Halo Hair Extensions come off as one complete piece after wear. Open every clip first, then lift the wire and weft away gently. Remove the extension before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercise.
For routine care, support the band while brushing from the ends upward. Wash the hair only when needed, using lukewarm water and a gentle shampoo suitable for extensions. Apply conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends, keeping heavy products away from the attachments.
After washing, allow the hair and band to dry fully before storage. Use heat protection when styling the hair, and keep hot tools away from the wire, clips, and connection points. Also check these parts for wear before the next application.
The American Academy of Dermatology provides further guidance on caring for natural hair while wearing extensions.
Choose Virgin Hair or Remy Hair in lengths from 12 to 30 inches, with two-inch increments. Texture options include Straight, Body Wave, Natural Wave, and Water Wave. Final combinations depend on the hair quality, color, length, and construction.
Product weight and long-hair ratio help define the fullness of the finished piece. Single-drawn and double-drawn options support different requirements for the lengths and ends. For this reason, assess the hair distribution alongside the total weight when comparing samples.
Color development covers solid shades, piano mixes, highlights, rooted colors, ombre, balayage, and custom matches. Browse the Hair Extension Color Ring to select a starting shade. For custom colors, confirm the root depth, transition, and blend placement on a physical sample.
OEM and ODM options cover lace band dimensions, layer construction, wire specifications, attachment points, and clip configuration. In addition, private label options include labels, care cards, hangers, bags, and boxes. These details allow brands to coordinate the product with their retail presentation.
Before bulk production, review the complete sample for fit, wire connections, clip operation, band finishing, and color consistency. Also confirm the hair length, weight, texture, and fullness against the order specification. Keep the approved sample as the reference for repeat orders.
To develop Halo Hair Extensions for your range, request a sample and quotation. Include the target shade, length, weight, band width, and wire and clip preferences. This gives the sampling team a clear starting point for your product.
