Product Advantages
Product Construction Detail 01
Individual hair strands are inserted into the PU base with controlled spacing, direction, depth, distribution, and retention according to the approved product specification.
PU formulation, width, thickness, flexibility, color, transparency level, surface finish, and edge profile can be developed and confirmed through sample evaluation.
The individually inserted hair construction creates a clean, low-profile outward-facing surface without the exposed raised seam used in traditional Classic Clip-In Hair Extensions.
Clip material, size, color, spring tension, tooth shape, silicone lining, quantity, spacing, and attachment strength can be selected according to the approved piece construction.
Piece count, individual widths, hair weight, hair allocation, and clip quantities can be configured to provide wider back pieces and narrower side pieces within one coordinated temporary set.
Hair quality, lengths, textures, colors, long-hair ratios, piece configurations, PU specifications, insertion methods, clip options, set weights, labels, and packaging can be developed through sample confirmation.
Product Specifications
Available in 2-inch increments. Final availability depends on hair quality, color, texture, total set weight, piece configuration, and confirmed sample specifications.
Total set weight can be customized according to hair length, piece count, individual base widths, hair distribution, long-hair ratio, clip configuration, and packaging requirements.
See Color Development & Matching below for the representative palette and custom matching options.
Single-drawn and double-drawn configurations are available. Final long-hair ratio depends on hair length, hair quality, color, total set weight, piece configuration, and confirmed sample specifications.
Designed for temporary self-application with pressure-sensitive snap clips. Section the natural hair, position each Invisible Clip-In piece close to the roots, and close the clips securely without excessive tension. Place wider pieces across the back and narrower pieces around the sides, leaving sufficient natural hair above to cover the PU bases and clips. No adhesive, tape, heat, beads, or sewing into the natural hair is required.
Color Options
Representative color options include #4, #60, #613, #P18-60, and #P2-6. Solid, piano, highlighted, rooted, ombré, balayage, and custom-matched colors are available. Final colors are confirmed through sample approval. See the Epoche Hair Extension Color Ring for additional representative color options.
Product Overview
Invisible clip-in hair extensions combine individually inserted human hair, thin polyurethane bases and snap clips. The injected construction creates a smooth top without a traditional stitched weft seam. Epoche Hair develops these reusable sets for brands, wholesalers and distributors seeking a discreet base finish.
We insert individual hairs into the PU base to create the outward-facing surface. This construction avoids the visible machine-sewn seam found on a traditional weft. Instead, the hair emerges from the base for a refined top appearance.
During sample review, examine the hair direction, base surface and edge finish together. Also check the top from different angles. Placement and natural hair coverage still affect how discreet the pieces look during wear.
The flexible polyurethane base supports the hair and provides an attachment area for the clips. We develop base dimensions and piece widths around the agreed set configuration. Clip spacing then follows the width and intended position of each piece.
Buyers can specify clip color, size, material, spring tension and silicone lining. Review the base flexibility and clip attachment together when testing samples. This helps assess how each piece handles during application and removal.
Build your set with wider back pieces and narrower side pieces. Choose the piece count, individual widths and total set weight. We then coordinate the hair allocation across the set to match your target fullness.
Virgin Hair and Remy Hair options support different collection requirements. You can also specify lengths, textures and long-hair ratio. Confirm these details alongside the base specifications so the sample reflects the complete product brief.
Users section their natural hair, position the pieces and close the snap clips. This temporary attachment method requires no adhesive, tape, beads or heat. To remove a piece, open its clips before gently lifting it away.
For care, detangle from the ends upward while supporting the base. Avoid pulling on the hair at its insertion points. Keep the clips clean, and let the hair and base dry fully before storage.
Finally, confirm suitable washing products and styling temperatures during sample testing. Use those findings to prepare care instructions for your customers.
Choose solid, blended or rooted shades for your range. Start with our hair extension color ring, or provide a physical sample for color development. Review the color through the lengths and near the base under consistent lighting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Invisible Clip-In Hair Extensions, also known as Injected PU Clip-In Hair Extensions or Injected Clip-In Hair Extensions, are reusable temporary extensions made with individually inserted human hair secured within thin, flexible polyurethane bases. The construction creates a refined, low-profile outward-facing surface without an exposed traditional stitched-weft seam.
The hair is individually inserted into a thin PU base rather than attached beneath an exposed traditional weft seam. This creates a finer outward-facing surface that can be less noticeable when correctly positioned beneath sufficient natural-hair coverage. Final visibility depends on placement, sectioning, color matching, and natural-hair coverage.
Both products use polyurethane bases, but their hair-attachment constructions are different. Standard PU Clip-In Hair Extensions, also commonly known as Seamless Clip-In Hair Extensions, use a continuous PU weft structure. Invisible Clip-In Hair Extensions use individually inserted hair to create finer outward-facing hair coverage and a more refined visible top profile. Base thickness, hair-retention method, flexibility, hair capacity, appearance, and price positioning should be confirmed independently through approved samples.
Invisible Clip-Ins use individually inserted hair and a thin PU base without an exposed traditional weft seam. Classic Clip-Ins use stitched wefts with clips attached along the sewn top edge. The products differ in construction, thickness, flexibility, appearance, manufacturing process, and target price positioning.
Yes. Invisible Clip-In Hair Extensions are designed for repeated temporary application while the hair, PU bases, inserted-hair areas, and clips remain in suitable condition. Actual service life depends on hair quality, wear frequency, washing, heat styling, product use, storage, and the condition of the bases and clips.
Yes. Virgin Hair or Remy Hair, length, texture, color, long-hair ratio, piece count, PU dimensions, base color and transparency, individual hair-insertion construction, piece widths, hair distribution, total set weight, clip specifications, labels, and packaging can be customized. Samples can be evaluated before bulk production for base flexibility, edge stability, hair retention, clip security, weight distribution, color, and finished workmanship.
