Classic clip-in hair extensions combine human hair, double-layer machine-sewn wefts and snap clips in a reusable, multi-piece set. They add temporary length and volume without a permanent attachment method. Epoche Hair manufactures this construction for hair brands, wholesalers and distributors.
Double-Layer Weft Construction
We join two machine-sewn weft layers to form each piece, then sew snap clips onto the base. This traditional construction includes return hair near the seam. We control its length and finish according to the approved sample.
During sample development, we review layer alignment, stitch density and seam dimensions. These details help buyers assess the base thickness and finish before placing a bulk order.
Flexible Set Configurations

Wash only when necessary using lukewarm water and a gentle, extension-safe shampoo.
Wash the pieces separately or in small groups, keeping the hair directed downward to reduce tangling.
Apply conditioner and masks mainly through the mid-lengths and ends, keeping heavy products away from the stitched wefts and clips.
Do not leave the metal clips soaking in water for an extended period.
