How do I know which color to choose?

We completely understand that choosing the right color from a computer screen cannot always be easy, to ensure the exact color please send us a a picture of your hair in natural light, we will try to match it, or you can send us sample directly, we will sampling according to your sample. Factory color ring will be send along with your sample together for your reference.

How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?

Depending on the quantity you ordered. We will update the customer on the progress of each order

What's your payment options?

We accept payment via T/T (Tele Transfer) & PayPal.

Can I come to China for factory inspection?

Of course. Your visit is most welcome to us. Please let us know your schedule in advance before visit and we will arrange picking up. Plus, we also support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

For all customers, we support the lowest minimum order quantity in the industry — 1 kg per color.

How can I get a sample?

Please advise us your need with specification when you need samples, we will arrange production and delivery after receiving the sample charge.
